Villa works in Rabat, turnkey, for Gulf clients

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman — remote site tracking and clear quotes in dirhams

Families from the Gulf own or rent villas in Rabat — often in Hay Riad, Souissi, Bir Kacem or along the Route des Zaërs — and stay only a few weeks a year. Their needs are specific: a villa ready before they arrive, works that are well controlled without being on site, and one reliable contact from the first quote to the handover of the keys.

NAZER meets that need: an on-site visit and diagnosis, a detailed quote in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), a written schedule, then site tracking by mobile app — photos, progress, expenses, documents and messages — available from abroad, with WhatsApp for quick decisions. This page is also available in French and in Arabic.

All trades are coordinated under one responsibility: plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning and ventilation, insulation and waterproofing, tiling and zellige, joinery, painting and renovation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I follow my villa works from the Gulf?
+
Yes. Each site is tracked in the NAZER PM app (photos, stages, expenses, documents, messages). We remain reachable on WhatsApp for quick decisions.
What currency, and how do I pay?
+
The quote is issued in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Bank transfer is recommended; cash payments are capped at MAD 10,000 per transaction under Moroccan law. The typical schedule is 30% / 40% / 30%.
Can you get my villa ready before our summer arrival?
+
Yes, provided the arrival date is set at quote stage so we can plan backwards. Major works start several months ahead; air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical checks a few weeks before.
Which Rabat districts do you cover?
+
Hay Riad, Bir Kacem, Souissi, Route des Zaërs and Agdal, as well as Salé, Témara and Kénitra.
Can you inspect a villa before I buy or rent it?
+
We can carry out a technical visit (networks, damp, roof, air conditioning) and estimate the works needed, so you can decide with full knowledge.
